I was born and raised on Ramaytush Ohlone Land, now known as San Francisco (aka The City) – a place for which I have so much appreciation and pride. As the daughter of Filipino immigrants, I understand the struggle and confusion that comes from trying to navigate different cultures often with conflicting values. I know the pressures of wanting to honor your parents and their struggles while also not wanting to lose other real parts of yourself. I know the humble desire to make them proud, the sense of duty and gratitude for their sacrifices, and the fierce loyalty inherent in many immigrant families.

I specialize in supporting AANHPI women and Adult Children of Immigrants, especially those with Filipina/x/o roots, and helping them work through stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, communication challenges, guilt, shame, resentment, unhealthy boundaries, and low self-esteem. I help them explore relationship and behavioral patterns and heal intergenerational trauma. My approach is warm, engaged, committed and culturally-sensitive. I’m passionate about guiding others through their self-exploration and healing.

I have over 10 years experience supporting clients in therapy and helping them find clarity and relief. Prior to therapy, I worked in various industries, including hospitals, tech and service. My diverse life experiences have deepened my appreciation for human stories and the power of being heard.

Fun facts about me:

I am a mom to a toddler, a stepmom to now 20-something’s, and a dog mom of 3. I love going on walks, neighborhood birdwatching, all things 90’s, and spending time with friends and family.
