I was born and raised in a Filipino household in Los Angeles, California. I was fortunate to have lived in the Philippines for several years before moving back to the US, which gave me the opportunity to connect with my culture and language in ways that I couldn’t in California. It also expanded my ways of viewing the world and deepened my appreciation for the struggles of others’, which eventually led to me becoming a therapist. After some time, I left SoCal and relocated to Eureka, land of the Wiyot Tribe, where I currently reside.

I specialize in working with women and folks with marginalized identities. I provide a space to unpack how these identities continue to impact their mental, physical and emotional health. I help them process both their individual and collective trauma while also helping them develop self-awareness, confidence, and comfort with communication and boundaries.

A big portion of my experience is working with LGBTQIA2S+individuals. I support them in exploring the fluidity of not only their gender/sexual identity but other parts of their identity as well. I am passionate about helping clients, especially those who are transitioning or have transitioned, discover and embrace their authentic self.
