You WANT to make a change.
Opening up about trauma and hardships can be difficult and, at times, frightening, yet you’re willing to be vulnerable because you want (maybe even need) something to be different.
Humans are social beings, and navigating our interpersonal and cultural relationships is crucial to our mental health.
If your identity is part of a marginalized group, let’s talk about that.
Let’s talk about what happened to you and your people and what continues to happen and learn to heal from it.
I specialize in working with women and folks with marginalized identities. I provide a space to unpack how these identities continue to impact their mental, physical, and emotional health. I help them process their individual and collective trauma while also helping them develop self-awareness, confidence, and comfort with communication and boundaries.
A big portion of my experience is working with 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. I support them in exploring the fluidity of not only their gender/sexual identity, but other parts of their identity as well. I am passionate about helping clients discover and embrace their authentic selves, especially those transitioning or who have transitioned.
As a WOC, I ensure my work with clients is a collaborative and authentic experience.
I am motivated by Social Justice and Liberation Psychology. I aim to provide the person sitting in front of me the space to be who they are. I strive to ensure clients have a place in this world where their voices are being heard.
We’ll vibe, laugh, and work together to ensure you are supported while meeting your goals.
When I’m not in my therapist role…
I enjoy staying active and going outside with my dog.
